Let’s make art together!
Starting on Oct. 1st, ICCA will be hosting a weekly Art Hive every Thursday between 3:30 - 6:30 PM!
Do you find it difficult to dedicate time for art-making? Wish you had company to be creative with and get inspired by? Want to explore new materials and ideas?
The Art Hive is an open studio space welcome to everyone. Feel free to bring your own project or explore the materials provided. All ages and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Drop in anytime between 3:30 and 6:30. A facilitator will be on hand to offer ideas and support for art-making as needed.
Participation is free!
LINE DANCING CLASSES

Fridays from 6:00PM-7:00PM
Starting on October 16th till November 13th
Learn how to line dance in this introductory course! Come acquire new steps and show them off at the next local square dance!

Come paint in acrylics with Tommy Ryan! This course is intended for all levels of experience, and will also cater to beginners! Class is 8 weeks long, and runs every Tuesday from 6:30pm-9:00pm, October 6th to November 24th. All ages are welcome, we ask that children come with adult supervision.

Mi’kmaq Beaded Earring Workshop
Join Mi’kmaw artist Tyra Denny for an afternoon of beading!
Learn the beautiful craft of Mi’kmaq beading with artist Tyra Denny. Tyra is a Mi’kmaw poet, artist, crafter, writer, and mother. She is an advocate for Mi'kmaw communities and shares her knowledge to bring awareness and teachings to communities around her.
